Entry fee collected at line up (cash only)
Fee is $20 per vehicle/float/walking group
Candy can be thrown from float (must be tossed beyond the edge of the road)
*Single tractors are free this year to honor farmers (cannot be pulling float) & will line up in front of Kroger ahead of the Fire Trucks (Feel free to decorate them)

Your support and contributions will enable us to provide a successful event! All money used to pay for the 4th of July event is raised by the chamber through memberships, corporate sponsorships, the 5k, and donations!

2024 Vendor Information
Booth Space is per 10 x 10 space. You can purchase as many spaces as you need. This is an outdoor festival, set up on Main Street going through Blanchester.
Completed Vendor form and payment must be collected before you can access your booth
Bring your own tables, chairs and a pop up tent for your booth.
If you are using your GPS to get here, set it to 125 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107 and that will get you to the downtown area.
Once you arrive at the event, Tom Lee, will be on hand to tell you where your space is located.
If you have paid for electric, you will need to be able to plug in, not hard wire in.
If you need water hook up, make sure you bring plenty of hose with you. You can call Tom Lee in advance at 513.276.5591 to see how far your booth will be from the water hook up.
If you are a food vendor, you must call the Clinton County Board of Health to ensure you meet their requirements. They will be there at the festival and inspecting each booth to make sure everyone has the certificate they need, as well as the set up they need.
Booth Space is $50, $75 or $100 per space depending on need
Sale of Shaved Ice/Sno Cones prohibited. Rides, Inflatables, Silly String, Pop Caps, and similar products are prohibited.
Only items identified and approved by the BACC committee may be sold and is up to committee discretion
July 3rd: Access to booth starts at 2:00 p.m. (roads closed) Booth must be set up by 5:00 p.m. when Festival starts and vehicles out of booth area. Festival ends at 11:00 p.m.
July 4th: Parade starts at 11:00 a.m. Vendor Booths open at 12:00 p.m. Festival Ends at 6:00 p.m. NO vehicles to enter booth area until AFTER 6:00 p.m.
